Student Independent Travel Registration (Non-Study Abroad)
All OSU students traveling outside of the United States are required to register their independent travel with the OSU Study Abroad/NSE Office.  This includes but is not limited to the following activities: 
  • Research Related Travel
  • Professional Conference Attendance
  • Traveling with a registered student organization
  • Traveling with faculty/staff to cultural or athletic events

 
REMINDER: Students going on study abroad programs organized or approved through Oklahoma State University should not use this registration tool. Instead, please apply to the appropriate program on our database or login to continue your application.



Student Independent Study Abroad Program (Earning Academic Credit)
All OSU students studying outside of the United States on an independent program that will produce academic credit are required to register their program with the OSU Study Abroad/NSE Office. This includes but is not limited to the following activities: 
  • Independent Internship or Service Learning Project Abroad for academic credit
  • OSU students on Northern Oklahoma College Study Abroad programs
