Program Description:
Costa Rica frogThe College of Human Sciences is offering a unique opportunity for Human Sciences and Education, Health & Aviation freshmen to embark on a study abroad experience in beautiful Costa Rica during Spring Break 2020. This program is limited to Human Sciences or Education, Health & Aviation students only.

Participating students will enroll in HS 2080: Introduction to International Experiences, a one credit hour course during their spring semester, that will introduce them to the culture and landscape of Costa Rica. Earn course credit while learning about the country's biodiversity and sustainability. This is an action packed itinerary, from zip lining and white water rafting to kayaking and snorkeling to explore the beauty of two regions in beautiful Costa Rica!

Students will register with EF College Study Tours and make most of their payments directly to the program provider. Please note the EF Insurance is optional. Students will also be charged for one hour of OSU tuition. To enroll in the course through EF College Study Tours visit here.

The College of Human Sciences will provide a $1,500 scholarship to the first 15 students to register for the program. Other scholarship opportunities are available from the OSU Study Abroad Office (deadline to apply for spring break programs is October 15).
