Program Description:
May 17- June 1, 2017   Summer

in this course.

$2700 + Airfare
The program fee includes 3 hours of tuition, in-country
transportation, visit admissions, lodging, health and travel
insurance, and some meals. It is your responsibility to
purchase your own plane ticket; estimated cost $1350.
You are also responsible for having a valid Passport.
US Citizens do not need a VISA, but other nationalities
might need to secure a VISA


Immerse yourself in the history, culture, and technology
of Spain! You will gain an understanding of Spain’s
past, present, and future as you travel to Barcelona, Valencia,
Toledo, and Madrid, with visits to both historical
monuments and some of Spain’s leading technological
and engineering companies. You will tour the DAMM
brewery in Barcelona, the Airbus manufacturing facility
in Madrid, and the Talgo high speed train manufacturing
facility near Madrid, and much more! The course will
begin with some meetings next semester, reading assignments,
and video lectures.
